In the future, the population has shrunken, so much that the Admedistrations have taken help of nanotechnology to make sure everyone is healthy. Everyone has a life coach telling you what and when to eat, literature and tv (both old and new) is heavily censored for the good of the people. It is Utopia.

 

Except for three girls who go into a suicide pact, that ends in Miach dying, and Tuan and Cyan living and going on with their lives.

 

Suddenly, people die in mass-suicides controlled by a rogue part of the Admedistrations, and Tuan needs to stop it.
