At night the memories of London Lane get reset, and when she wakes up, the only things she can remember are things from the future. Enter Luke, a boy she can't remember at all, and her whole world turn upside down.

 

With his help she starts to try to unravel the truth about her weird condition, and her even weirder city, where no one seem to remember any of the horrible things that has happened in the past - be it a dead spouse, an accident och even somebody being mean to them.

 

While reading this I got multiple ideas as to why the town is twisted - anything from zombies to vampire mindcontrol, and in the end I was wrong. It is an absolute delight to read, though, and I hope to find time in the future to be able to re-read this book! It's just as mysterious as I like it to be, without being obvious, which is a very difficult feat to make nowadays!
