Grace wakes up in an all white room, without any recollection of how she got there. As she starts writing, both a journal of her time spent in the room, but also a biography, she starts to remember parts of her tangled life, parts she desperately wanted to forget.

What happened with Sal? Who is Nat? What does Ethan want with her?

 

It is written to be confusing, so if you read this book, just steel yourself! The strong point is that it is very unpredictable at times, and you need to continue reading until you start getting answers.

It is written in two parallel storylines, one where she spends time in the white room, and another where she's simultaneously reviewing her life, trying to make out what happened and how she got to the white room.
